Prior to founding Alfred Homes Limited, Gregg Joslin spent the early years of his working life in estate agency where he gained invaluable experience of the housing market. He then moved to Drew Smith Homes, a Hampshire-based developer, where he spent 7 years. He was the director responsible for land buying and sales and marketing for their new homes business. He left to found Alfred Homes in 2009 and it is now a business with a £24 million turnover per annum.
Stuart Crossley co-founded Alfred Homes in 2009. Prior to this he was the Chairman of Banner Homes where he organised the management buyout in 2000. Today, amongst other business interests, he runs a commercial development company, Comland PLC, which has a commercial property portfolio over 350,000 square feet and an annual rental income of £5 million.
Chris Martin’s career includes six years with Deloitte & Touche, and a further three years working at PwC. He joined Comland Commercial in April 1999, and was appointed to the board in May 1999. Chris is a main board director of both Alfred Homes and Comland.
