Investment Summary

  • OVERVIEW – CapitalRise will provide a development loan to fund development costs for a 7,116 sq.ft single dwelling; planning has been approved for this scheme. This loan is also being funded by an institutional funding partner, to which CapitalRise investors will be subordinated and therefore will be repaid after the institutional funding partner has been repaid in full. This is the only phase that will be open to investors as the institutional funding partner will fund the remaining development works.
  • LOCATION – The Property is situated on the outskirts of Esher, Surrey, in the southeast of England. The Property sits circa 17 miles southwest of central London, 6 miles southwest of Kingston upon Thames and 5 miles northeast of J10 of the M25.
