This loan is also being funded by an institutional funding partner, to which CapitalRise investors will be subordinated and, therefore, will be repaid after the institutional funding partner has been repaid in full.

The Properties are between the M40 to the north and the M4 to the south with good accessibility to both. Bourne End has a direct rail link to London and is approximately five miles south-east of High Wycombe and three miles east of Marlow, which provides the main retail and leisure facilities.
