Investment Summary

  • OVERVIEW – CapitalRise is providing a development loan to fully fund the development of six new build mews houses and associated landscaping costs. Each of the properties will have private amenity space in the form of gardens and/or terraces. This loan is also being funded by an institutional funding partner, to which CapitalRise investors will be subordinated and therefore will be repaid after the institutional funding partner has been repaid in full. CapitalRise Investors will be repaid after the Institutional Funding Partner and will receive a higher rate of return to reflect the increased risk. This is the only phase that will be open to investors as the institutional funding partner will fund the remaining development works.
  • LOCATION – Darjeeling Mews is situated in the backland of 70 Church Road, Hanwell. The site is accessed via Church Road, through a passageway between No. 70 and No. 68. The site sits to the east of Hanwell’s Elizabeth Line station, behind houses fronting onto Church Road, a well-connected local route.
