Overview – Investors in the 1st Tier funded the acquisition of the site and partial development costs. Phase A of Tier 2 and subsequent Tier 2 phases will fund the development of five new-build apartments (referred to as the “Properties”) in Beaconsfield, a commuter town to the west of London.
