The Property is currently owned by the Borrower and CapitalRise also holds a the first legal charge on the site, as security for the orignal Grove Park loan. CapitalRise currently has two other loans with the Borrower, Sydenham Hill & Hesper House.
- LOCATION – The Property is located in Camberwell within the London Borough of Southwark. The Property lies between Camberwell and Dulwich and is well served by local shops, cafés and other amenities. The site occupies an elevated position on Grove Park and constitutes the area’s most desirable residential streets.
