CapitalRise is supportive of these projects and this is the 6th project we have completed with the Borrower.
LOCATION – The Property is in Littleport, c. 22 miles north of Cambridge and 35 miles east of Peterborough. The Property is in a predominately residential area with various amenities and transport links close by.
