In December 2023, CapitalRise issued a senior development loan to refinance existing debt and fund final development works. When the loan was issued, the Borrower had been granted two planning consents and was awaiting a decision on the third, with a view that the development works would start once the third planning consent was approved. However, the third consent never came through. In Q4 2024, the Borrower successfully received planning and now intends to complete the scheme.
