  • OVERVIEW – Investors in this opportunity will provide the funds to refinance the existing debt secured against the leasehold interest of the property (Former IBIS Hotel) and provide the Borrower funds towards the purchase of the Freehold Interest. The Borrower has an ‘Agreement for Lease (AFL)’ with Travelodge and has drawn up full refurbishment plans to convert from Ibis to Travelodge with cosmetic upgrades throughout. This loan is also being funded by an institutional funding partner, to which CapitalRise investors will be subordinated and, therefore, will be repaid after the institutional funding partner has been repaid in full.
  • LOCATION – The Property is situated in Gloucester, a cathedral city in south-west England and the county town of Gloucestershire. The subject property is located 1.7 miles to the east of Gloucester city centre just off Corinium Avenue (A417) which runs east of the centre and connects to Junction 11 of the M5 motorway, approximately 2 miles to the east of the subject property.
