  • TERM – The estimated term for this investment is 19 months (October 2022). If the loan is not repaid by the estimated term, returns will accrue on investments for a further 3 months up until the hard stop date (January 2023). 
  • PLAN – This phase of funding will contribute towards the acquisition of the property.  Later phases of this opportunity will launch on the platform over the coming months and these will provide funding for the development costs.  Full planning has been granted for the redevelopment and extension behind the existing period facade to provide 8 residential apartments over lower ground, ground and five upper floors.
  • LOCATION – The property is located in the Holborn area of central London, and sits just off Chancery Lane within the City of London. Bream’s Buildings which runs east of Chancery Lane through to New Fetter Lane.
  • EXIT PLAN –  The borrower plans to refinance the debt at the point of practical completion.
