Overview – Investors in this project are providing funding for the acquisition and development of a singular detached dwelling. Investors in this phase (and future phases) are funding the development, which will include extending the Property to approximately 13,220 sq.ft with the accommodation spread across three floors. 

 

 

Location – The Property is located in the Wentworth Estate in the town of Virginia Water, Surrey. Wentworth Estate is a super prime location, providing large, detached dwellings in big plots. There are a number of schools in the area including the ACS International School, St George’s, Heathfield, Papplewick and Eton College. There are several amenities in the surrounding areas of Virginia Water and Ascot with larger shopping hubs such as Windsor and Kingston available.
