  • TERM – The estimated term for this investment is 12 months. If the loan is not repaid by the estimated term returns will accrue on investments for a further 4 months up until the hard stop date (August 2022).
  • PLAN – CapitalRise is providing this loan in two parts – firstly, to assist with the property acquisition (which has already taken place) and latterly to fund the construction costs. This phase will fund the construction costs as the aquisition has already taken place. 
  • LOCATION – The Property is located on Barnet Lane, Elstree.
  • PROPERTY –  The proposed building will be of a concrete frame, with brick exterior and tiled roof in keeping with the style of other dwellings on the road. The proposal is to construct a purpose-built building of 6 apartments set over 13,216 sqft on 4 floors, each apartment has 2 allocated parking spaces.
