- OVERVIEW – CapitalRise will provide a development loan to refinance the existing debt, and fund development costs to remodel the Grade II listed Property from multiple occupancy to a single occupancy residence. This loan is also being funded by an institutional funding partner, to which CapitalRise investors will be subordinated and therefore will be repaid after the institutional funding partner has been repaid in full. This is the only phase that will be open to investors as the institutional funding partner will fund the remaining development works.
