In the fourth episode of Prime Property with Uma Rajah, I’m thrilled to welcome Peter Wetherell to the podcast.

Peter, Founder and Chief Executive of Mayfair’s luxury estate agency; Wetherell, is responsible for overseeing all sales and rental agreements at his self named business. Also a Valuer, he is appointed by the Duke of Westminster’s Grosvenor Mayfair Estate as their Valuer for freehold and lease extension claims under the various leasehold reform acts. 

A true encyclopaedia of Mayfair knowledge, I was thrilled to talk to Peter about the area itself, its varied history and its current ‘pavement appeal’.
